the entire copyright in the Photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times
throughout the world. any attempt to reproduce any image from the site or from art
work purchased through the site for any purpose is strictly prohibited without
written agreement from the photographer. all designs contained within the site are
restricted by copyright.

| refunds
brianseawardart make every effort to ensure that the prints are delivered in good
order, faulty goods will be replaced on the return of the original artwork. refunds
will only be given at the discretion of the company management.

| payment
all major credit cards are accepted for payment through a third party secure system.
goods will only be dispatched once a full payment has been made.

| delivery
delivery takes approximately 28 days by courier to anywhere in the world.

| usage
any artwork supplied by brianseawardart must only be displayed within non-commercial
properties unless previously agreed in writing. It must not be re-sold under any
circumstances without permission of the photographer.
